As per MOILs Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed after declaration of meeting of Board for consideration of financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2018 up to the period of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. Therefore, the Trading window shall remain closed from 22/01/2019 to 04/02/2019 (both day inclusive).
