In Compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) it is hereby informed that Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and persons having access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information with effect from 1st January 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020.
