Should I update my details also with Karvy?

If you have any ongoing investments in any mutual funds serviced by Karvy, you must update your details before 31 December

If CAMS KRA has approved my KYC / FATCA papers, do I need to go to Karvy KRA for updating KYC for funds under Karvy? Is there a KRA that is acceptable to all mutual funds?
