VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 12, 2014 to July 21, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2014.
The Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on July 21, 2014, will be credited/dispatched between July 22, 2014 and July 29, 2014.
