Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2013:

The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1818.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs. 2147.80 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 7157.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 to Rs. 6588.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013.

The figures for the Quarter ended March 31, 2012 are Unaudited.

The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2013

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 6114.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs. 5459.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2012. Total Income has increased from Rs. 19106.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 to Rs. 21774.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates of Rs. 1805.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs. 2169.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 7225.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 to Rs. 6651.00 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013.

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates of Rs. 6020.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs. 5332.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2012. Total Income has increased from Rs. 19199.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 to Rs. 21896.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.
