In continuation to our letter of even number dated 06.12.2018 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Resolution Plan submitted by NHPC Limited for Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited has been approved by NCLT Bench Hyderabad subject to certain reliefs as per The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC). The copy of NCLT order is enclosed at Annexure-I.
