The adjourned Audit Committee Meeting will be held tomorrow i.e. Tuesday 31.05.2022.The adjourned Board Meeting shall be held tomorrow i.e. Tuesday 31.05.2022 at 4:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ended 31.03.2022.The Results will be submitted and published after it is approved by the Board in the adjourned meeting.
