Bandhan Mutual Fund announced merger of Bandhan CRISIL-IBX 10:90 Gilt+SDL Index - Dec 2029 Fund into Bandhan Short Duration Fund AMC image

Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Bandhan CRISIL-IBX 10:90 Gilt + SDL Index - Dec 2029 Fund into Bandhan Short Duration Fund, effective September 12, 2026. As a result of this merger, Bandhan Short Duration Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of Bandhan CRISIL-IBX 10:90 Gilt + SDL Index - Dec 2029 Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of Bandhan CRISIL-IBX 10:90 Gilt + SDL Index - Dec 2029 Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between August 13, 2026 and September 11, 2026.
