ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced revision in the exit load structure in below mentioned schemes, with effect from April 6, 2026:

Schemes	Existing Exit Load	Revised Exit Load
ICICI Prudential Dividend Yield Equity Fund	1% for redemption within 365 days	1% for redemption within 1 month
ICICI Prudential Flexicap Fund	1% for redemption within 365 days	1% for redemption within 1 month
ICICI Prudential Innovation Fund	1% for redemption within 365 days	1% for redemption within 1 month
ICICI Prudential Large Cap Fund	1% for redemption within 365 days	1% for redemption within 1 month
ICICI Prudential Multicap Fund	1% for redemption within 365 days	1% for redemption within 1 month
