Change in the exit load structure of Samco Mid Cap Fund

Samco Mutual Fund has announced change in the exit load structure of Samco Mid Cap Fund from 'For units in excess of 10% of the investment, 1% will be charged for redemption within 12 months' to '1% for redemption within 30 days'.  The new exit load is applicable for all perspective investment in the fund, with effect from January 22, 2026.
