UTI Mutual Fund merges its four schemes close ended schemes

UTI Mutual Fund has announced the merger of following schemes, effective March 25, 2025 .

• UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - I , UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - II and UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - III merges into UTI Liquid Fund .
  
• UTI Annual Interval Fund - II merges into UTI Annual Interval Fund - I
  

As a result of these mergers, UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - I, UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - II, UTI Quarterly Interval Fund - III and UTI Annual Interval Fund - II will cease to exist, and their unitholders will become unitholders of UTI Liquid Fund and UTI Annual Interval Fund - I.
Exit Window: Unitholders of schemes who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between February 24, 2025, and March 25, 2025.
