Change in fundamental attributes of Baroda BNP Paribas Focused Fund

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has announced a change in the investment strategy for Baroda BNP Paribas Focused Fund, effective from February 6, 2025.

While the scheme will continue to focus on long-term wealth creation through a concentrated equity portfolio, it can now invest in up to 30 stocks across market capitalisation (previously restricted to 25).

As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 30-day exit window from January 06, 2025 to February 05, 2025. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during this period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
