The Company has fixed 22nd May, 2017 as the Record date for determining the list of the equity shareholders of Aroni Commercials Limited to whom the equity of the Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited will be issued as per terms of Scheme of Amalgamation of Aroni Commercials Limited with Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
