In terms of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI ( LODR) REgulations 2015 the Company on its meeting held on 06th febraury 2019 at Noida have approved and adopted the Unaudited Financial Result for the Third Quarter and Nine Month ended 31st December 2018 alongwith its limited review.
further the company have adopted the revised code of practice and procedure for fare disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive Information as per Revised SEBI ( PIT) Regulation 2018
