Kindly note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with approved
Exide Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for sale/ purchase or any
kind of dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 2nd December 2019 and shall open
on 7th February 2020 due to the ensuing meeting of the board of directors to consider and approve the
financial results of the Company for the period ending 31st December 2019.
