a) unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2019.
b) declaration of Interim Dividend if any to the equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.
Further as per the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading trading window for designated employees of the Company is closed from Monday July 1 2019 to Wednesday July 31 2019 (both days inclusive).
