HealthFore Technologies: Financial Results For The Quarter Ended December 31, 2017

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of HealthFore Technologies Limited (the Company) at their meeting held on February 08, 2018 have inter-alia, considered and approved:

1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, duly subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company; and
2. Resignation of Mr. Nalin Nayyar as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

A copy of the said financial results along with Limited Review Report is attached herewith.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:30 p.m.
