This is to inform you that in pursuance to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Tuesday, 13th November, 2018 at 702, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 and concluded just now has, inter-alia, transacted the following businesses:
1.Considered and Approved the UFR of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018.
2.Considered and taken on records Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the company for the UFRfor the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018.
Further pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the aforesaid Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 alongwith Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
