LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the trading window of the Company will be closed for Board Members and designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2021 to the Stock Exchanges.
Hence the trading window is closed and will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2021
