1. Appointment of Mr. Ratnakar Kulthe as an independent Director of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2016.
2. Resignation of Mrs. Chetna Kothari as a Woman (Non executive - Non Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2016.
