Nakoda Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company shall be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, for considering unaudited financial results for quarter ending on December 31, 2016.
Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window tor trading in the Companys securities for all the connected / designated persons shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 10, 2017.
