scheduled to be held on June 10, 2014 at 04.00 P.M. at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at Gala No. 26, Navketan industrial Premises, Opposite to Onida House, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 093 has been postponed due to lack of quorum for the meeting.
Thus the postponed Board Meeting for adoption of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2014 will be held on June 12, 2014 at 11.00 A.M. subject to availability of the Directors of the Company.
