In continuation of our email dated December 29 2025 regarding closure of trading window we wish to inform you that pursuant to the Companys code of Conduct for prevention of insider Trading read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be opened after expiry of fourty-eight hours from the announcement of outcome (including declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31 2025) of the Board meeting of the company held today January 30 2026 to NSE & BSE
