GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to retirement of Mr. Suresh V. Joshi as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. April 12, 2013, Mr. Nitesh A. Mhatre has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013.
Further, in his capacity as Joint Company Secretary, Mr. Nitesh A. Mhatre will discharge the functions of Compliance Officer w.e.f. April 13, 2013 apart from discharging the Statutory Functions and other assignments entrusted to him from time to time.
