Regency Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company have received a letter dated May 25, 2015 from the Dr. Atul Kapoor, Dr. Rashmi Kapoor, Mr. Anant Ram Kapoor, and Mr. Abhishek Kapoor, part of promoter group of the Company, proposing to make a voluntary delisting offer in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations) 2009 (?Delisting Proposal').
In view of the above, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 30, 2015 to also consider and decide on the Delisting Proposal.
