Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would wish to inform that the Company has fixed Tuesday September 1 2020 as the cut-off date for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday 8th September 2020.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday September 2 2020 to Tuesday September 8 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM).
