Oil India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve (i) the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December 2025 on Standalone and Consolidated basis and(ii) to consider and declare Second Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 if any.
