AIG India Equity,Infrastructure and Economic Reform: Change in the Key Personnel

Mr.Tushar Pradhan, Chief Investment Officer, AIG Global Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd, is leaving the services w.e.f. the end of the day of June 13, 2009. Following are the schemes which were being managed by Mr.Tushar Pradhan earlier , will be now managed by Mr.Huzaifa Husain w.e.f. June 14, 2009 : 1.AIG India Equity Fund 2.AIG Infrastructure and Economic Reform Fund Mr.Huzaifa Husain has been re-designated as Head-Equities and other terms and conditions of the schemes(s) remains unchanged.
