Kind Attn Mr. Abhishek.In response to your mail dated 9.9.2026 on the delayed submission of proceedings of our 34th Annual General Meeting we wish to inform that there was a delay of 2 minutes and 19 seconds in uploading the above communication to BSE. This has occurred due to Network failure in our office & technical problems in our computer system. As our EDP staff left the office at 6.00 p.m. we could not immediately set right the computer to upload the above communication. We called him to office and rectified the technical problems in the computer system on resuming the Network and uploaded the communication. This was the reason for the delay of 2 minutes and 19 seconds in uploading. We attach herewith a revised corporate announcement along with explanation for the delay filing.
