Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2018, inter alia, took following decisions:
1. The Board of Directors has recommend payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (75%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2018, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
