Change in the name of Name of Fidelity Fund Management

Fidelity Fund Management Private Limited will be now known as FIL Fund Management Private Limited.

The legal names of the companies within the Fidelity Group have been changed in line with the change in the name of the ultimate parent company.

Fidelity Trust Company Private Limited which acts as a trustee of the Fund House will be now called as FIL Trustee Company Private Limited; Fidelity International Limited will be now called as FIL Limited. Similarly Fidelity Investment Limited( Hong Kong) Limited has been renamed as FIL Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited.

There will be no change in the name of the mutual fund, i.e. Fidelity Mutual Fund and its existing schemes.
