This is to inform you that the remote e-voting period for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the F.Y 2026-27 of Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited (The Company) will begin on Tuesday June 02 2026 at 09:00 A.M.(IST) and will end on Friday June 05 2026 at 05.00 P.M. (IST). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for voting thereafter. The Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the record date (cut-off date) i.e. Friday May 29 2026 may cast their vote electronically. The voting right of shareholders shall be in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date being Friday May 29 2026.
