Change of Fund Manager In HDFC Asset Management Company

Mr. Anil Bamboli and Mr. Shobhit Mehrotra have left the organisation. The following funds will be managed by Mr Bharat Pareek with effect from May 23, 2008:

* HDFC Cash Management Fund - Call Fund
* HDFC Quarterly Interval Fund Plan A, Plan B and Plan C
* HDFC Fixed Maturity Plans- Series VIII
* HDFC FMP 90 D May 2008(1)
* HDFC FMP 90 D May 2008(2)
* HDFC FMP 90 D May 2008(3)

In addition to this, he will be managing all the FMPs proposed to be launched in future having maturity period of 90 days and 181 days.
