Tashi India: Board Meeting Intimation for Consideration And Approval Of Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter Ended June 30 2026

Tashi India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter ended 30 June 2026. Further in accordance with our previous communication dated June 26 2026 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. July 01 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
