- To consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended on December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified persons of the Company from February 07, 2017 to February 16, 2017 both days inclusive.
