This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons (the Code) framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including the amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2019.
