Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that Shareholders of the Company have approved the resolution related to not re-appointing Mr. Sujal Shah, independent Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation and has not opted for re-appointment at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2013.
The Company has decided not to fill up the vacancy so caused, due to the retirement of Mr. Sujal Shah.
