This is with reference to your email dated April 13 2026 seeking clarification regarding the significant movement in the price of the Companys shares.We wish to clarify that the Company is committed to timely disclosure of all material information and announcements having a bearing on its operations and performance in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.We further confirm that there is currently no pending information event or announcement which is price sensitive in nature and which could have led to the significant movement in the price of the Companys shares. The said movement is purely market-driven and attributable to prevailing market conditions. The management and designated persons of the Company are in no way connected with such movement.The Company shall continue to keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of all material events as and when required.
