R Systems International: CORPORATE DISCLOSURE FOR OPENING OF TRADING WINDOW

This is with reference to our Letter No. SECT/03/2018/14 dated 28.03.2018 whereby intimation was made that trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems Int.Ltd. Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.03.2018. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter ended 31.03.2018 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 04.05.2018 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with R Systems International Ltd. Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders is now open.
