Sreechem Resins Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Notice pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Corporate Office on Friday August 14 2026 at 4:00 P.M. to consider approve and take on record inter alia the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2026 along with other business matters. Further in continuation with reference to the Companys intimation dated June 24 2026 regarding closure of the trading window it is informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct the trading window shall remain closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly Promoters Directors Designated Employees and other covered persons are advised not to trade in the Companys securities during this period.
