In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is to inform that Ministry of Power vide its letter no. 09/02/2017-NHPC dated 15.02.2018 has intimated that Ms. Krishna Tyagi, Chief Controller of Accounts (CCA) has been relieved from the Ministry w.e.f. 01.01.2018. Accordingly, Ms. Krishna Tyagi, Nominee Director ceased to a Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 01.01.2018.
