Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed for all directors/officers/designated persons of the Company from Thursday 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the audited financial results would be intimated in due course of time.
