Sysco Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/10/2022 inter alia to consider and approve As required under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please note that the meeting of the Monitoring Committee will be held on Friday October 14 2022 to fix the Record Date for extinguishment/cancellation of Shares as per the terms and conditions of the Resolution Plan approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad vide its Order dated July 1 2022.
