Mehta Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR)Reg. 2015 it is hereby informed that meeting of the BOD of the Co. is scheduled to be held on Friday May 29 2026 inter-alia to: 1. Consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and FYended on 31.03.2026 along with the IARort of the Statutory Auditors thereon after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee; and; 2. consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. As per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of MSL Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday April 1 2026 & will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Standalone AFR i.e. upto Sunday 31st May 2026 (BDI). Intimation regarding TWC has already been given vide our Notice dated March 25 2026.
