Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that: i. Ms. Khushi Jain (ACS: 79892) has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 07th August 2026. The Company is in the process of identifying/hiring a suitable candidate for the said position and shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the vacancy is filled up.
