India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed June 11, 2013 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend. The dividend warrant will be dated June 18, 2013 which will be despatched to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date.
