Sigrun Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from October 31, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
