Paradeep Phosphates: Disclosure Of Information Pursuant To Regulation 30(2)

We had intimated vide our letter dated June 01 2022 about the acquisition of the Zuari Agro Chemicals Limiteds (ZACLs) fertilizer plant at Goa and associated businesses of ZACL on slump sale basis pursuant to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed by the Company with ZACL on 1st March 2021 which has been consummated with effect from 06:00 hours on June 01 2022.ZACL vide its letter dated May 02 2022 had intimated about the shut down the Ammonia and Urea Plants for annual maintenance w.e.f. May 01 2022.We hereby inform you that the operations of Ammonia and Urea Plants of the Company at Goa have resumed operations after the annual maintenance activities.This disclosure being material is made pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
