1. To consider Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December 2020.
2.To Discuss and Propose Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 and to fix record date for the purpose of Interim dividend if declared.
And pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 trading window for dealing in the Companys Share has already been closed and it shall re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of the aforesaid results.
