The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation today i.e. April 13, 2017, inter alia approved the allotment of 2350 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.
